Arriving to Aspen
Aspen’s airport (ASE) will be closed from May 5 – June 1, 2025, so you’ll need to fly into a nearby airport. The closest option is Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), about 70 miles away, with a scenic 1.5-hour drive into Aspen. If you’re flying into Denver International Airport (DEN), you’ll have more flight options, but it’s a longer 4 to 5-hour drive through the Rockies.
Getting around
Airport Transportation: Shuttles and rental cars are the easiest way to get into Aspen. Epic Mountain Express and Snowmass Limo offer shared and private rides, ranging from $80-$100 from EGE and $120-$150 from DEN. If renting a car, we recommend choosing 4WD—Aspen’s mountain roads can be unpredictable.

Local Transportation: Aspen is compact and easy to explore on foot, bike, or via free public transportation. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, though they can be limited at peak times. Taxis and hotel shuttles are also an option.

If you’re staying in an Airbnb or Vrbo and plan to explore beyond town, renting a car may be a good idea. Car rentals are available at both EGE and DEN, and there are options in Aspen for shorter-term rentals as well.
Where to Stay
The wedding will take place at 2908 Juniper Hill Drive, Aspen, CO 81611, and there are plenty of hotels, lodges, and private rentals nearby if you’d like to stay close to the venue.​​

For a more budget-friendly option, Basalt is a great choice, located about 25 minutes from the venue. This charming town offers a relaxed mountain vibe, with easy access to Aspen and more affordable accommodations.
